    1. If the item is defective, damaged or miss-shipped:

    You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price for defective, damaged or miss-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.

    2. If we send you the wrong item:

    In this case,please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can either send it back to exchange for the correct item or return it back for full refund.

    3. If we send you the item in wrong color(totally different from the items ordered)

    If you also like the color we send you and are willing to keep it,we would like to make some compensation for that. However if you don't want it,you can either send it back to exchange for correct color or return it back for full refund.

    Please Note: Although we attempt to represent online colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your monitor will 100% match the actual garment. Variations of light and reflections on the original photograph as well as differences in computer monitors and printers may make color tones appear slightly different than the actual fabric.So we won't take this as wrong color case,please consider seriously before ordering.

    4. If we send you the wrong size:

    In this case,you can either send it back to exchange for the correct size or return it back for full refund.

    5. If you choose the wrong size:

    If you chose the wrong size,you can send it back to exchange for the correct size(customer bears the shipping cost).Please make sure you have measured yourself according to our measure guide and choose from our size chart.Returned merchandise must be in new condition. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.

    1:Dresses: Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached.

    Items that cannot be returned:
    2:Customized items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges except quality problems.

    3:Promotion Items are final sale, no returns, no exchanges except quality problems.

    Process for Returning Merchandise

    1) Please Contact us within 7 days of the receipt of your package. Include a photographs document which can show the reason for returns. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

    2) Once Customer Service has approved your request,you can send the item back to us as soon as possible.

    3) Once received the package,your returns will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. You will receive an automated e-mail notification confirming your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

    Please note: credits are processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

    4) If you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not be able to process a refund.
